This report is for new equipment, Genetic Analyzer (3500 DX), Thermal Cycler (9902), Nucleic Acid Extractions (Model QIAcube; QIA Symphony; 66198-014/F), Spectrophotometer (NanoDrop One), PCR-set-up workstation (P-030-202), Microcentrifuge (Sorvall Legend 17), Centrifuge (Sorvall ST 40 R; 5430, located at 3400 Spruce Street, Gates/Maloney Building, 7th floor, Philadelphia, Pa. beginning on March 26, 2024. The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
